SWIMWEAR ORDERS

1)Custom Orders Placed After May 1st 2020 or later will be shipped within 12 weeks from order date plus allow for USPS shipping time.

(We apologize for extended production times, but we know you all want to take advantage of great sales events. Thank you for your understanding.)

​**Due to peak swimsuit season and holiday sales events we will make every attempt to ship custom orders sooner than estimated shipping times, but we need to make sure we allow ourselves enough time to design  and make your custom order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

***We will make every attempt to ship orders sooner that estimated shipping times, but we need to make sure we allow ourselves enough time to design make our custom order.

All sales are final on bikinis and lingerie items because of sanitary reasons. 

 Allow us to Make and Process the order PLUS shipping time as noted below. Once order is Completed a shipping label is printed and order is shipped. You will receive an Email notifying you of the date it was shipped and tracking information that applies.

 -All orders are shipped via USPS and shipping time varies as noted below.

 How long does it take to receive once shipped?

-Hawaii orders take 1-4 days to receive
-US orders take approximately 2-10 days, typically shorter
-International orders varies.

According to USPS it should take 10-14 days. However, some countries it can be closer to 3 weeks. It can take even longer than this due to it getting stuck in customs.

 

Returns Policy

We try to make my item descriptions and sizing as clear as possible in the listing, therefore we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake in the listing.And we may also issue you a refund to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. There are no refunds/returns/exchanges. All items are custom made to order unless otherwise stated. So please ask questions before ordering, since there are no returns

  •  3) Why does it take so long to make?

a- It is all hand made 
b- if you order at time when I am receiving high volumes of orders, it will take closer to the 5 week mark before it is finished. 
 

  • 4) How long does it take to receive once shipped?

  • 5) Fabric Availability:

FABRIC CHOICES  (Over 50 plus to choose from)

-Please note that fabric availability is contantly changing, so fabrics shown on models may not be available. But you can choose from over 50 plus fabrics as shown at FABRIC CHOICES (Over 50 plus to choose from)

  • 6) Are bra cups included?

-No they are not, but you may purchase them as a add in.

  • 7) Are the suits fully lined?

-The Reversible styles will NOT have lining. 
- Non Reversible styles will have lining, and I typically use a fun print for the lining at sellers discretion.

-Black Suits once in a while I will not line the black fabric suits, because the type of fabric I use for my black is a very thick tricot fabric , it will not be see through, and is rather bulky with lining added. 

  • 8) What do I do if a fabric I want is no longer available?

-I get most of my fabrics from random stores and in small quantities, so that there are more options, vs buying 100 yard rolls of only one fabric. So when something is gone, it is gone.

 

  • 9) What size should I order?

-Please refer to the size chart shown in the policies section. 
- IT is always best to order a size up if you are unsure they will fit. 
-Please consider buying one item to start with, just incase you need a different size, it is better to have one not fit vs four not fitting.
-Consider buying something with ties/straps so that their is more room for error with sizing.

  • 10) What do I do if my suit does not fit? 

-There are no refunds/returns/exchanges. On occasion, depending on the style of the suit, I may be able to adjust it, meaning, I can attach tie strings, that obviously leave for more room, etc. However, I cannot guarantee that I will have the same fabric in stock that you ordered. I also MUST receive your suit back within 14 days of your complaint, which must be filed within 2 weeks of wearing your item. The item must be unused, since it is not sanitary for me to work on a used bikini. You are responsible for shipping to me, and I will be kind enough to pay the return shipping to you. Please include what is wrong with the item, and what size it needs to be instead.

  • 11) What can I do to get a coupon code or discount?

-If you plan on buying more than 4 items, private message me so I can discuss some discount options.
